1. What is the standard greeting?
"Season's Greetings and Best Wishes for a joyous Holiday and a very Happy New Year"
2. How long will it take to receive my cards?
Boxed standard greeted cards and flat blank cards generally ship within 3-5 days during the peak season. Personalized cards and envelopes generally take about two weeks during the peak season.
3. Can I combine two different card styles and still get the quantity pricing?
Blank or Standard Greeted Cards can be combined. Personalized cards must all be the same layout (vertical or horizontal, the same card size, and the same type/color). Otherwise, they must be calculated as two separate orders.
4. I have a lot to say. Is there a limit to the amount of type I use?
You are limited only by the size of the card and your imagination. Both inside panels of the card are available to be written on.
5. Do you offer mailing services of the cards using our list?
We do not offer mailing services at this time, but would be happy to recommend a reliable company that does.
6. I have to pay with a company check. Is this a problem?
No problem at all. We do request that you either email or fax a purchase order or official request on company letterhead. Place the order so we can set type and begin proofing -- the paperwork can follow.
7. Do you ship international orders?
We ship UPS to all continental US addresses. We ship USPS to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, and APO addresses. We do not ship international as we cannot count on timely delivery.
8. How are the cards packaged?
Let us know your needs. Usually we package orders in decorative presentation boxed of 50 cards and envelopes for easy distribution to staff. We can also do bulk packaging if they are going to a mailing house.
9. I love the pictures – can we use them for our website or ventures?
